This beach is the closest to people who live in North Mount Pleasant and has easy parking and restrooms.
The pier makes for a fun photo spot.

Hampton Park
This location has beautiful gardens, giant oak trees with Spanish moss, and a beautiful pond. It also has a pretty gazebo with lovely lamp posts. It offers a lot of variety, some shade, and space to run if you have little ones with a lot of energy.

Downtown Charleston
This location offers so much variety and charm!
From colorful houses, gorgeous flower boxes, cobblestone roads, and unique doors, you never run out of great options.
Thanks to the buildings' open shade, you can get great shots almost any time of day.
I don't offer mini shoots in Charleston unless you partner with another family before or after.
Laurel Hill County Park
This park is tucked away in Park West in Mount Pleasant and features a beautiful pond and a stunning alley of oaks.
However, to get to the beautiful alley, you have to walk for close to a mile, so this is definitely something to keep in mind.

Daniel Island Trail
This location offers some shade, a view of the marsh, the river, the boardwalk, and beautiful trees. You can take a stroll and capture all kinds of great shots.

Pitt Street Bridge
This park, hidden in a residential area in Mount Pleasant, offers a fun walking trail lined with palm trees. From the park, you can see the harbor and Charleston, have a beautiful view of the bridge, and see the marshes and Sullivan's Island across the intercoastal waters.

Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve (Folly Beach)
This protected beach offers so much beautiful nature!
The lighthouse is a stunning feature, along with the driftwood and, depending on the time of day, beautiful tide pools.
Due to the distance, this location is only available for an additional $50 per session.
